Saman attributes her versatility to over 10 years of work experience, with an array of leading international organizations. Varying from the travel industry, World Vision Travel & Aviation – Tokyo, to Engro Asahi Polymer & Chemicals, Global Management Consultants – Dubai, Hum TV, Allianz EFU. Where she has held positions in HR & Operations. Her international schooling and background adds to her diverse international exposure, with an addition of having trilingual fluency in English, Urdu & Japanese.

This diversified experience helps her in gaining insights to organizations and contribute to people development. Having a passion to excel and desiring for people to take responsibility for their careers, with clarity of purpose, & contributing in their respective organizations for mutual benefit.

She capitalizes on her ability to convey strong messages in an entertaining manner. Saman has worked on value adding interventions for organizations like Zong, Dar-ul-Sukun, Aga Khan Health Services Pakistan, Hayleys Group (Sri Lanka), Coca Cola, Engro Foods, TPL Holdings, projects for Charter for Compassion Pakistan & many other consulting projects.
Her primary strengths are related to the areas of Front-line Grooming Skills; Communication & Interpersonal Skills; Professional Empowerment; as well as devising human resource management systems for various small & medium sized social enterprises.

She resides in Karachi & travels frequently for assignments.
