Yasir R Taak is a performance trainer at Funverks. His learning design works around a core philosophy: ‘experiences’ – providing participants an opportunity to connect with themselves, reflect on their actions, and drive achievement collectively.

He frequently gets involved in social action encompassing education to health-care; environment to advocacy and has designed programs for several Educational & Not-For-Profit institutes. He also mentors teams initiating community engagement in collaboration with National Institute of Child Health, Sirat-ul-Jannah, Fatmid Foundation, Indus Hospital and others.
Yasir passionately works on learning interventions encompassing customer service, sales, communication skills, team building, goal setting, collaborative thinking, conflict and impressions management, community engagement and organization-wide values roll-out focusing on alternate learning solutions.
In the past, he has worked in merchandising, invested time in his clothing brand ‘Mango People’ and also managed other businesses in automobile, food and pharmaceutical. Having experienced different industries, he feels the solutions for optimal performance may be different, but the universal rule of ‘people first’ cannot be denied and is true for all organizations.
